Vitamin B6 is also known as "anti-dermatitis vitamin". One of the B vitamins. It belongs to pyridine derivatives, including pyridoxine (pyridoxine), pyridoxal (pyridoxal), pyridoxamine (pyridoxamine) three compounds, they exist in the form of mutual conversion in food. However, most of the vitamin B6 in plants is pyridoxine, and most of humans and animals are pyridoxal and pyridoxamine.
